1.What we ship
Nothing. Passports, verification checks and test reports are digital. The only physical thing that moves is your sample, from you (or your factory) to our office and on to the lab, when you order a lab test. Verification checks need no sample.
2.Sending your sample
- Send the sample to our Tiruppur or Bangalore office, by courier or by dropping it off. The sender pays for the courier.
- We share the office address and opening hours with your order.
- Write the order ID on the packet, or put the order slip (with its QR code) inside, and tell us the courier name and tracking number.
- Factories can send samples for a brand or importer's order in the same way.
3.How much fabric to send
Each test package lists the sample size it needs. Physical tests often need 1 m of fabric across the full width or several garments; some chemical tests need less. Always follow the size shown for your package.
- Take the sample from the lot or production order named on the order.
- Label it with the style or lot number and the order ID, or attach the order slip.
- Fold it clean and dry. Don't staple through the fabric.
4.What happens to your sample
- Our record of your sample starts when it arrives at our office: we photograph it with the order slip and check it against the order.
- We keep a sealed counter-sample, so the tested material can be compared later.
- We take the sample to an NABL-accredited lab.
- The lab tests the sample and issues the report under its own name and report number.
5.How long it takes
Here is the sample size and the usual lab turnaround for each test package, from our current price list:
Sample sizes and turnaround are listed with each test package on our pricing page.
Lab turnaround counts from the day the lab receives the sample. Your order page shows each step as it happens.
6.How you get the report
- The lab's report is attached to your order, and we email you when it is ready.
- The supplier sees the results first and decides whether to publish them on the passport. A buyer who paid for the test sees the results on their order.
- Reports are delivered digitally.
7.Delays and lost samples
If a sample is delayed, we tell you. If a sample is lost after it reached our office, we contact you to agree a fix. See the refund policy.
