Proof without exposure

Prove it to your customers. Keep it from your competitors.

Two promises on every passport: your claims are backed by checked documents and lab results, and your supply chain stays private.

  • Prove it, product by product

Organic, azo-free, PFAS-free, 100% cotton: one QR on the care label or hang tag opens the certificates and lab results behind each claim, for customers, marketplaces, retailers and regulators.
  • Keep it private

Once a document is verified, its certificate number, file, manufacturer and lab details are masked behind a Verified badge. Competitors can't scan your tag and find your factory.
  • Full details when you choose

When a retailer or auditor needs everything, send them a private full-detail link. Delete it whenever you like.

How it works

One product passport, built from the proof behind it

  1. Create a free passport

One per style, lot or order: a garment, a fabric, a home textile or yarn. Upload what you have; we read the documents and you confirm.
  2. Link the materials

Your fabric supplier adds a free fabric passport for the lot, and it links into your product. Or upload the fabric documents yourself.
  3. Verify what matters

Pay per check: certificates, businesses and lab reports. Verified items get a badge and their details are masked.
  4. Share one link

Print the QR on the hang tag or care label, or send the link. It opens on any phone, with no app or account needed.

What your customers see

Scan the tag: the proof, not your factory

Customers see the product, its claims and the proof behind them. Verified items show a badge instead of numbers, files and names.

  1. The product tag

Style or lot, composition, where it was made and a summary of the proof, on the first screen.
  2. Verified

A person checked it against the official source. The certificate number, file and issuer details are masked; the badge stays.
  3. Verified business

The manufacturer or mill was checked against the business registry. The page shows "Verified manufacturer · Tamil Nadu, India", not the name.
  4. Lab-tested

Results stay public: test, method, value, pass or fail. Once verified, the report file and lab name are masked.

Every textile product

Garments, fabrics, home textiles and more

One passport format for every textile product, wherever it was made. Fabrics and trims link into the products they go into.

  • Garments and apparel

T-shirts, dresses, kidswear, workwear: one passport per style or production order.
  • Fabrics

Knitted and woven fabric lots, with GSM, construction and the lot's own tests.
  • Home textiles

Bed linen, towels, curtains and cushions, with their fabric linked in.
  • Yarn, trims and more

Yarn lots, labels, zips and other components, linked into the finished product.

Who it's for

For the people who sell and import textile products

Why TexPass

Why brands choose TexPass

  • Proof without exposure

Verified items are masked, so your claims are backed while your suppliers stay private.
  • Pay per check

No subscription and no bundles. Verify only what you need, product by product.
  • Based in Tiruppur

We run a garment unit in Tiruppur. We know factories, labs and the paperwork your orders depend on.
  • Neutral on labs

We don't issue reports or certificates. Accredited labs and certification bodies do, and every report names its lab.

How verification works

Questions buyers ask first

Will competitors see my suppliers?

No. Once a document is verified, certificate numbers, files, manufacturer and lab details are masked behind the badge, and you can hide supplier names for free. A verified manufacturer shows only its state or country.

Is it free?

Creating passports, uploading documents and having them read is free, with no subscription. You pay per check or test you order, in US dollars, at the price shown before you order.

What does Verified mean?

A person at TexPass checked the item against the official source: a certificate on the official registry, or a lab report with the lab that issued it. The passport shows the badge and the date of the check, and masks the certificate number, file and issuer details.

Do I need a passport to order testing?

No. Tell us the product, the supplier and the market you sell in. We arrange the tests at an NABL-accredited lab and send you the lab's report, with the results on a private product passport you own.

Is TexPass a lab or a certification body?

No. Accredited labs issue test reports and certification bodies issue certificates. TexPass is a testing and certificate-verification partner operating in India: we arrange tests at NABL-accredited labs, check certificates on official registries and put the results on a passport. Every report names the lab that issued it.

How do I add the fabric to a product passport?

Ask your fabric supplier for a fabric passport with a request link on WhatsApp. They create one free and it links into your product. You can also upload the fabric documents yourself.
