For exporters and manufacturers

Answer every buyer's proof request with one link

Make a product passport for each style, lot or PO, pull in fabric passports from your mills and knitters, and order the tests your buyer asks for. Send the link with the shipment documents.

Free passports · No subscription · Accredited labs issue the reports

Sound familiar?

The buyer wants the report. The mill has the certificate.

  • “Send the test report for this PO”

The report is with the lab, the certificate with the knitter, and the transaction certificate hasn't arrived yet.
  • Chasing fabric suppliers

Every order means asking mills and dyers for certificates again, then checking they cover the right lot.
  • Different tests per buyer

One buyer follows EU REACH, another a US brand's restricted substances list. Each order starts with working out what to test.

How it works

From fabric to finished product

  1. Create the product passport

Style, lot or PO, composition, sizes and colourways. Only what you know; add more later.
  2. Ask your fabric suppliers

Send a request link on WhatsApp. They add a free fabric passport for the lot, and it links into your product.
  3. Order the tests your buyer needs

Pick a package for your buyer's market and send the sample to our Tiruppur or Bangalore office.
  4. Send one link

Your buyer opens the passport on any phone. You decide what's public.

What you get

Built for orders, seasons and buyers

  • Keep your mills private

Verified details are masked behind a badge, and supplier names can be hidden for free. Your buyer sees the proof, not your sources.
  • QR for tags and cartons

Print the QR and short link on hang tags, care labels or carton marks.
  • Every version kept

Each publish keeps a version, so this season's report is never confused with last year's.
  • Expiry reminders

We email you before a certificate expires, so a passport is up to date when your buyer opens it.

Questions from exporters

How do I add the fabric to a product passport?

Ask your fabric supplier for a fabric passport with a request link on WhatsApp. They create one free and it links into your product. You can also upload the fabric documents yourself.

Will competitors see my suppliers?

No. Once a document is verified, certificate numbers, files, manufacturer and lab details are masked behind the badge, and you can hide supplier names for free. A verified manufacturer shows only its state or country.

How long does testing take?

Each package shows its usual lab turnaround in working days, counted from the day the lab receives the sample. Your order page shows each step as it happens.

What does Verified mean?

A person at TexPass checked the item against the official source: a certificate on the official registry, or a lab report with the lab that issued it. The passport shows the badge and the date of the check, and masks the certificate number, file and issuer details.

Is it free?

Creating passports, uploading documents and having them read is free, with no subscription. You pay per check or test you order, in US dollars, at the price shown before you order.
