Grievances and your data rights

How to reach our grievance officer, use your rights over your personal data under the DPDP Act 2023, and complain if you're not satisfied.

Last updated 3 Oct 2026

1.Grievance officer

Write to our grievance officer from the contact page.

2.What you can ask for

  • A summary of the personal data we process about you, and who we share it with.
  • Correction, completion or updating of your data.
  • Erasure of your data.
  • Withdrawal of your consent.
  • An answer to a complaint about how we handle your data.
  • Naming a nominee to use these rights for you if you die or can't act.

3.Do it yourself in your account

When you're signed in, Your account has:

  • Download my data: a file with the personal data we keep about you, ready in a few seconds.
  • Delete my account: removes your name, email, phone and sign-in, the files you uploaded before you had a company, and the emails we sent you, usually within minutes.
  • Name and phone: change them in the app, or write to us and we correct them.

Deleting your account keeps your company's records (published passports, orders, test results), holding only a bare user ID instead of your details. Passport codes stay reserved so a printed QR code never points to someone else's fabric.

4.How to raise a grievance

Write to the grievance officer and include:

  • your name and the email address on your account (if you have one),
  • what you want us to do or what went wrong,
  • any passport code, order ID or screenshot that helps.

We acknowledge your message and answer as soon as we reasonably can. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.

5.If you're not satisfied

After using our grievance process, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6.Complaints about a passport's content

If a passport shows a forged document, your company's document without permission or a false claim, report it as described in the acceptable use policy.
